Who runs this?

Jacob Muir — based in Sydney, Australia. I've been running Facebook ad campaigns specifically for real estate agents in Australia and New Zealand since 2019. I was a licensed real estate agent myself for two years, so I understand your business from the inside.

I work directly with every client — you won't be handed off to a junior or an overseas team. Every campaign, every booking system, every update comes from me personally.

From Facebook ad to confirmed appointment — automatically

1

We run targeted Facebook ads in your area

Your ad reaches homeowners in your specific suburbs — not random leads from across the country. We target property owners who match the profile of sellers based on age, life events and behavioural signals.

2

Homeowners fill in a short questionnaire

Anyone who clicks answers questions about their property type, condition and — crucially — when they're thinking of selling. Anyone not considering selling within 12 months gets a free suburb report instead. They never reach your calendar.

3

Serious sellers book directly into your calendar

Homeowners considering selling choose a time that suits them. They receive automatic confirmation and reminders. By the time you arrive, they've confirmed the booking twice and know your name.

4

You show up — we handle everything else

You receive a notification with the seller's name, address, property details and selling timeframe before you arrive. No chasing, no calling, no surprises. Just show up prepared.

Frequently asked questions

We're based in Sydney, Australia. We serve and generate results for an array of clients across Australia and New Zealand. I was a licensed real estate agent in Australia for two years before building this system, which means I understand your business from the inside — not just the marketing side.
For pay-per-appointment arrangements — yes. You pay per confirmed booking that lands in your calendar with the seller's name, address and contact details. If we don't book anyone, you don't pay for bookings - the per-appointment charge only applies when we actually deliver. This is specifically why agents choose us over traditional agencies who charge monthly regardless of results.
We hear this constantly — and it's the biggest reason we built the system the way we did. Most lead gen agencies send you a name and a phone number. The person barely remembers filling in a form, isn't ready to sell, and has no relationship with you when you call. Our system is different in one fundamental way: homeowners go through a qualification process before they ever see your calendar. Anyone not considering selling within 12 months gets a suburb report instead — they never reach your bookings. By the time someone appears in your calendar, they've confirmed their address, their selling timeline, and chosen a time to meet you. That's a completely different conversation.
We have automated confirmation SMS and email sequences that fire immediately on booking, 24 hours before, and on the morning of the appointment. This keeps show rates significantly higher than typical cold appraisals. If someone no-shows, our system automatically sends a reschedule link so the appointment isn't lost — it just moves. We'll agree on no-show terms before we start so there are no surprises.
If we ran two agents in the same suburb, they'd be competing for the same homeowners in the same Facebook ad auction. That drives up your cost per lead, reduces the quality of who we reach, and creates a conflict of interest. One agent per suburb means your campaign has the full budget, the full audience, and the full optimisation behind it — with no one else diluting the results. It's also why I ask agents to move quickly when they enquire — once your suburb is taken, it's taken.
Very little. Onboarding takes about 30–40 minutes and your campaign is live within 5 days. We confirm your availability for appraisals, and the suburb(s) you want to target. Our team build everything else from our side.
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with 14 days notice. Fixed-term plans (3, 6 or 12 months) are committed periods — we ask for this because Facebook campaigns genuinely need time to optimise and we want to see you get real results, not just early data. If something isn't working, the conversation is always open and we'd rather fix it than lose you.
Yes — we work across both markets. NZ is actually a strong market for this system because ad costs are lower than major Australian cities, which means your cost per booked appraisal is often significantly cheaper. We've worked with agents at Harcourts, Tremains, Ray White and independent agencies across both countries.
We recommend starting at $200–$400 AUD/month in Facebook ad spend depending on your suburb size. This is paid directly to Facebook from your own card — it doesn't go through us. Larger suburbs or multiple areas will need more to get meaningful volume. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your area before you commit to anything.
